Northeast Bank supports programs that provide affordable housing, encourage entrepreneurs and create jobs, attract new industry and enhance the overall well being of the state.
Affordable Housing and Serving the Needy
More and more communities are relying on grass roots efforts to support their residents in times of need. Northeast Bank adopts programs that directly impact and service local people, providing fundamental living needs, shelter, food, clothing, as well as counseling in areas of well being and career development. In addition, the Bank will assess the opportunities and adopt initiatives in the area of affordable housing including programs that provide special pricing, discounts on closing costs, grants and other funding scenarios that benefit low to moderate income borrowers.
