Judith W. Kelley
Chairperson of the Northeast Bank Board of Directors
President, Aqua Maine, Inc.
Judy joined the Northeast Bank Board of Directors in 1994 (serving as a board member for Brunswick Federal since 1988) and was voted Chairperson in 2003. Judy has worked with Aqua Maine, Inc, formerly Consumers Maine Water Company in Rockland, or its affiliates for over 24 years the last 11 as its President. Judy is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She attended Bowdoin College in Brunswick, earning a B.A. in Mathematics and Geology.
Judy belongs to the Rockland Rotary Club and is Chairman of the board of the local health care system, Northeast Health and Penobscot Bay Medical Center. She is also on the board of directors of the Maine Water Utilities Association and the Drinking Water Commission.
John Rosmarin
Vice Chairperson of the Northeast Bancorp Board of Directors
President, Saunders Manufacturing and Marketing Inc.
John is the President and CEO of Saunders Manufacturing Company Inc. in Winthrop, Maine. He has been very active in his community, chairing the Maine Ice Storm Relief Fund which raised over $500,000. John has also served as President of the United Way of Kennebec Valley and the Augusta Country Club.

Jim is the President of LRI, Inc. in Lewiston, where he and his father led the development of several businesses and real estate including Spare-Time Recreation, Jim's Jungle restaurant/Porter's restaurant, PerSe Technologies, the Department of Labor Career Center, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and several other State of Maine offices. Jim attended Phillips Academy at Andover, Brown University and BU Law School.
John Schiavi

John is President of Schiavi Enterprises in Oxford, dealing with Manufactured Housing, Nursing Homes, and Commercial Real Estate. John is also a director of the Manufactured Housing Association of Maine, Major Drilling Group of Moncton, Canada, and a member of the Finance Council of the Catholic Dioceses of Maine. A graduate of Hebron Academy, John received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Babson College and a Masters of Science in Retailing from New York University.

John is the President and owner of J. Bouchard Builders in Brunswick. A director of Brunswick Federal Savings and Northeast Bank for 30 years, he is also a former board member of Midcoast Hospital in Brunswick.
Ronald J. Goguen

President and CEO of LANDDRILL, LTD
Ron is President and Chief Executive Officer of LANDDRILL, LTD, a Canadian corporation that provides contract drilling services primarily to companies in the mineral and metals industries. He is also the President of Royal Oaks Golf Club and Community, one of the largest residential communities in Atlantic Canada. In 1995, Ron was named Atlantic Canada's Entrepreneur of the Year; and in 1998, he was awarded the Excel Award of Distinction for the Sports Celebrity Gala which he organized, raising $100,000 for Moncton Minor League Football.

Steve and his wife, Peggy, own the Sunday River Inn in Newry, which they purchased in 1971, and have operated it with their family ever since. Steve has been a registered Maine guide since 1987, and is involved with a number of organizations promoting conservation, education, youth causes, and social interaction, including the Town of Newry as a Selectman, Bethel Area Chamber of Commerce, Maine Land Use Regulation Commission, Androscoggin Watershed Council, Bethel Rotary, Trout Unlimited, and the Western Mountains Senior College.
Conrad L. Ayotte, CPA

Co-Owner and Vice President, JS McCarthy Printers
Ayotte, a successful entrepreneur and CPA, is the co-owner and Vice
President of JS McCarthy Printers in Augusta. Previously he spent
eighteen years in leadership roles as part of numerous manufacturing
start-ups and turnarounds, most notable as President & CEO of Benton
Plastics, Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing for Durakon Industries
and President & CEO for Custom Plastic Molding. Previous to that he
spent close to ten years with Shatz, Fletcher & Associates, CPAs in
Augusta, the youngest person ever elected to partnership. Active in the
community, he is Chair of the Board of Trustees of Thomas College,
Director of the Finance Committee for Maine General Health, Director for
Architectural Skylights Company and is Past Director of Kennebec Valley
YMCA, Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce. Ayotte holds an MBA
from University of Notre Dame and his BS from Thomas College, and he
lives in Manchester with his wife and their two children.
John C. Orestis

President and CEO, North Country Associates
Orestis, a well-known business leader throughout the state, is
the owner of three Maine-based corporations including Schooner
Estates Retirement Community in Auburn as its Chief Development
Officer, Harpers Development in Winthrop as its Senior Vice President
and North Country Associates in Lewiston as its President and
CEO. He previously spent close to twenty years as a senior partner
with Skelton, Taintor, Abbott & Orestis also in Auburn. He was a
Presidential Delegate to the White House Conference on Aging, is
a former Maine State Representative, former Mayor of Lewiston
and served on the national board for the American Health Care
Association. He also served on numerous Maine boards and advisory
boards including the University of Southern Maine Lewiston/Auburn
College, University of New England, Maine Healthcare Association,
Maine Development Foundation, Maine Economic Growth Council,
Cancer Community Center and Forum Francophone Des Affaires. A
graduate of Georgetown University and American University, Orestis
is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and lives in Portland
with his wife and business partner, Barbra Crowley.

Jim Delamater

President and CEO, Northeast Bank
Jim has served Northeast Bank as President, CEO, and board member since 1981. He has served in numerous leadership positions and sits on two corporate boards: Syris Scientific (where he serves as Chair) and Oxford Networks (where he was past Chair). Jim is also a past Chairman of both the Maine Bankers Association and the Maine Association of Community Bankers. He was recognized as the SBA Small Business Advocate of the Year. Before joining Northeast, he served as a licensed representative for the New York Stock Exchange with a major stock brokerage firm. Jim recently authored The Great American Mismatch, a book about the value of selecting the right financial planner.
Philip C. Jackson

Phil has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1979 and joined the Bank in 1989. He currently heads up the Trust Department. Prior to coming to the bank, Phil owned several small businesses in the Oxford Hills area. He has also served in the Maine State Legislatures as both a member of the State Senate and House of Representatives. Phil continues to be active in many state, community, and civic organizations.
Pender J. Lazenby

Chief Risk Officer, Northeast Bank
Pender oversees the risk, compliance, and security functions of the Bank. He has been a senior officer at FleetBoston, BankBoston, and Casco Northern Bank, with almost 30 years of banking experience, specializing in corporate lending, risk management and finance. A longtime Maine resident, he has been associated with many professional and community organizations over the years, including Robert Morris Associates and United Way. Pender volunteers as a small business counselor with the Portland SCORE chapter and is a swim official with USA Swimming. Pender received both his B.A. and M.B.A from the University of Virginia.
Rob Johnson
Senior Vice President,
Chief Financial Officer, Northeast Bank
Rob joined the bank in 2001 and is responsible for the Accounting, Electronic Banking and Treasury Functions, Deposit Servicing and Information Technology. As CFO, Rob manages all of the board and regulatory financial reporting for Northeast Bancorp, Northeast Bank, and Northeast Financial Services. He also manages the budget and financial analysis functions, the bond investments, and participates in setting the rates on loans and deposits. Rob has 17 years of banking experience and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Stetson University.
Marcel Blais

Chief Operating Officer, Northeast Bank
Marcel joined the bank in 1997 and is responsible for overseeing the sales and delivery strategies for each of the company's lines of business. Marcel has been with Northeast Bank for eight years formerly as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking, and has over 28 years in banking, formerly with Casco Northern Bank and Bank of Boston. He attended the University of Maine, Orono and pursued coursework through the American Institute for Banking.
Craig Sargent
President, Northeast Bank Insurance Group, Inc
Craig joined the Company in 1994, a result of the acquisition of the Solon-Anson Insurance Agency doing business as Sargent Insurance, now known as Northeast Bank Insurance Group, Inc. Craig is responsible for the Insurance activities of the Company, overseeing eight insurance offices, out of the main office in Rangeley. Craig's wife Sharon is the Operations Manager for the Insurance Group. Together they bring over 24 years of insurance sales and experience to Northeast. Craig holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Maine. He attended USM and previously held both Real Estate and Appraisal licenses.
Leslie Couper
CFP, Vice President Northeast Bank Investment Group
Leslie joined the Bank in 2002 and is Vice President and Division Manager responsible for the Investment and Brokerage activities throughout the company providing oversight to the eleven other financial consultants the Bank has on staff. Couper is a CFP®, NASD Registered, Series 7, 24, 63, and 66 licensed; is Life and Health licensed; and is an Investment Advisor Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network. In addition, Leslie has been appointed as the Commonwealth Branch Manager and Compliance Officer, responsible for assuring that all investment representatives under the Bank's supervision operate in accordance with all applicable securities regulations as well as the Broker-Dealer's policies and procedures. She graduated from Bates College Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Biology and Chemistry.
