BRUNSWICK, Maine, April 10, 2025 -- Northeast Bank (the “Bank”) (NASDAQ:  NBN), announced the promotion of Kari Brawn to Vice President, Senior Banking Center Manager for its Brunswick location. Prior to her promotion, Brawn led Northeast Bank’s Poland location over the past four years.

In addition to her role at the Bank, Brawn serves on the Board for the Poland Spring Preservation Society and is a regular volunteer for Junior Achievement of Maine. In 2024, she was recognized by the Bank as a top Community Volunteer for hours served.

Brawn brings over 15 years of banking experience to Brunswick and the larger mid-coast.
